I finally have my etsy shop open, I am very excited! You can buy notebooks, zines, and postcards for now, eventually my original work will be up there, once I figure out how to price it. It's HARD to part with!

Some of you may have heard, Notpaper is going to be publishing a book!
The book will have interviews from artists featured on my blog, and their work. If you haven't been featured on Notpaper yet, and you would like to be a part of the book, there is still time. It's been so long since I've really done some of my own work, and I'm really happy that I've had the time lately (after I left my job, but nonetheless)... It feels really good, and my style has changed a lot from my last collages, and I like it. It's more lovey-dovey, which maybe I am too.

April creates characters for us by combining unlikely combinations, resulting in a common link that is often strange or witty. She takes advantage of beautifully sparse, unusual layouts which make the pieces quirky and fun to look at (which means my thumbnails all look funny). I like that she combines vintage photographs with drawn lines and shapes, it gives her work real graphic interest.
